If such activity is detected, 7778 will permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If the user wishes to close their account voluntarily.

To close your account, email our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed. If the account is closed due to a rule violation, your balance may not be returned.

Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after 12 months. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.
